Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production or customization work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized furniture items cannot be cancelled.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and work has begun.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy under specific conditions only.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The product is delivered in damaged condition
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is incomplete or missing parts
  • The product is damaged during transit

Non-Eligible Return Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product
  • Minor variations in wood grains, texture, polish, or fabric shade
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear

3. Return Request Process

  • Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
  • Original packaging should be retained for return or replacement requests.
  • Return or replacement approval will be subject to inspection by our team.
  • Pickup service depends on service availability in the customer’s location.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval of the return request.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) order refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Customized products and booking/advance amounts are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is found damaged or defective:

  • A free replacement may be provided or Repair/service support may be offered, depending on the nature of the issue and inspection report.

6. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
  • Customers or their authorized representatives should be available during delivery and installation.
  • Once installation and delivery are completed successfully, the order will be considered accepted.

7. Important Notes

  • Natural variations in wood grains, texture, finish, and fabric color are normal characteristics of furniture products.
  • Mattresses, cushions, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
  • EMI/Finance orders will be subject to the respective finance partner’s terms and policies.
