•Standard delivery time is now 7 to 15 days, depending on the product and delivery location.

•Customized or made-to-order furniture will take additional time.

•Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

•Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

•Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via call, SMS, or email.

 

•Installation/assembly service is provided for selected products where applicable.

•Some products may require basic self-assembly.

 

•Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

•Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transport issues, or remote locations.

 

•For customized furniture, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of order.

•The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery, after which your order will be dispatched.

 

•If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos, so we can assist you promptly.
